Lloyd's Rocksteady Revue Returns to The Earl after completing a 5 month, weekly residency at The Star Bar over the summer and performing at the Variety Playhouse opening for Steel Pulse. "LRR" is now ready to bring Atlanta another great show packed with soul, ska, rocksteady and early reggae.

In the 1990's Ska and Rocksteady were big in the U.S., and one of the popular bands on the scene was The Robustos out of Atlanta. Now, many years later, former Robustos' member, Jonathan Lloyd, is making sure that scene stays alive with his new band, Lloyd's Rocksteady Revue. "LRR" brings new life into the soulful Jamaican sounds of the 60's and early 70's with an all-star cast of musicians who produce a tight sound and a unique stage experience that grows and changes with each show. Some styles of music come and go, but Lloyd's Rocksteady Revue is dedicated to keeping this classic, soulful music alive.
